Union EAP is helping organized labor unions develop sustainable, recovery-friendly workplaces and improving the lives of union members by partnering to address mental health, substance use, financial, and legal challenges. Union EAP’s national network of centrally managed Care Coordinators offers prevention education, responds to emergent crises, and helps members and their families access a comprehensive continuum of high-quality services. Union EAP works to improve understanding and normalize treatment access to foster stigma-free, trust-based organizational cultures.

Our senior leadership believes that there is a better way to provide EAP services to union members. That belief drove us to create union EAP and our deep personal experiences drives us to make it better every day.
